Draft — pending legal review. The wording below is a starting point maintained by the app owner. It is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by an Australian lawyer. Do not treat it as binding until it has been reviewed.

1. About BSA

BSA is a community app operated for members of the Bullion Sales Australia (BSA) Facebook group. It provides a private on-device bullion stack tracker and a verified peer trust directory. It does not buy, sell, hold, insure, valuate, or facilitate the trade of any precious metal.

2. Not financial advice

Spot prices, holdings totals, gain/loss, EOFY CGT summaries, and any figure displayed by BSA are estimates for personal record-keeping only. They are not financial, tax, or investment advice. You must independently verify any figure before relying on it — including for tax lodgement.

3. Your stack data

Stack entries, photos, and purchase history are stored only in your browser on this device. They are never uploaded to our servers. If you clear your browser data, uninstall, switch devices, or use private/incognito mode, your stack will be lost. Use Settings → Backup to export a copy.

4. Community directory

Directory profiles, endorsements, and tier status are stored on our backend so other members can look you up. By joining you agree to be listed and to have endorsements you receive be visible to other signed-in members. You may request deletion at any time via Settings → Delete account.

5. Community conduct

  • No harassment, threats, or personal attacks.
  • No fraud, misrepresentation of items, or fake endorsements.
  • No scraping, bulk-downloading, or automated access to member data.
  • Report bad actors via the flag button on their profile.

Violations may result in loss of tier, removal from the directory, and reporting to BSA moderators.

6. Weekly draw

  • Open to Australian residents 18 years or older who are signed-in BSA members.
  • Free to enter — no purchase is necessary.
  • One entry per member per week via the Enter button on the Hub.
  • Drawn Wednesday 8:00 pm Brisbane time by random selection from valid entries.
  • Winner is notified in-app and via the email on their BSA account.
  • Prizes are supplied by rotating sponsors — see the Hub for the current prize.

7. Puzzle draw

  • Same eligibility as the weekly draw.
  • Puzzles drop Saturday 8:00 pm Brisbane time in Easy and Hard difficulties.
  • Entries are earned by finishing the puzzle: 1st = 10, 2nd–11th = 5, 12th–36th = 2, everyone else = 1.
  • Entries roll into the next weekly draw.

8. Prize fulfilment

Sponsors ship prizes directly. By accepting a prize you agree to provide a shipping address to the sponsor for that purpose only. Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash unless the sponsor agrees in writing.

9. Liability

BSA is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, the operator of BSA is not liable for loss of stack data, missed competition entries, sponsor conduct, or any dispute arising from a trade between members. Members deal with each other at their own risk.

10. Contact

Questions, corrections, or takedown requests: contact BSA via the Facebook group or the address listed on the Privacy page.
